We believe in using verified metrics and benchmarks, whether with business models or leadership assessments and growth plans.  To that end, we prefer Lominger’s LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite. This is a research-based, experience-tested, and internationally recognized tool-set that can be used for a range of applications, including job profiling, selection and training, performance management, individual development, team development, and succession planning. The tools are built upon 67 individual competencies that have been identified as critical to success. Lominger is  a Korn/Ferry company.
