Jonathan and his family moved to Georgetown, Ontario in 2006 (although Jonathan lived and studied in Toronto from 1992-1997).

A different beauty, different ways to enjoy the outdoors and a wonderful mix of cultures (in Toronto), coupled with urban sprawl, a deep concern not to offend others and a shift in business thinking as the significance of Canada’s great neighbour is increasingly relativized in the face of economic globalization.  

Here Jonathan has worked in senior executive leadership, holding a temporary role as CEO for a Mississauga-based leadership development organization working on all five continents, and then starting his consulting practise, Soul Systems.  He has had the privilege of working with small, medium and Fortune 500 companies in the GTA.

Recently the “Great Recession” bit and we work our way through new solutions for new times.
